These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xv777. Any real-money Balance held in such an account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable law and xv777's internal compliance procedures. 3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) xv777 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or a third party's identity — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 xv777 will conduct identity verification checks on all accounts. You consent to xv777 verifying the information you have provided through CNIC validation processes. Until verification is complete, xv777 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain games at its discretion.
3.5 xv777 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, proof of address, or an in-person verification where feasible. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Your xv777 account is personal to you. It is not transferable and may not be sold, gifted, pledged, or otherwise dealt with as an asset. Any purported transfer of an account is void.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xv777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

5.7 xv777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any other compliance procedure required by xv777's internal policies.
Deposits are for gaming purposes only. xv777 does not offer currency exchange, money transfer, or financial services of any kind. Using xv777 as a payment intermediary is strictly prohibited.
6.1 xv777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, a Wagering Requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies as a default.
6.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of all associated accounts.
6.4 xv777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active wagering contributions already in progress at the time of modification are completed under the original terms.
6.5 Bonus Funds may not be used to fulfil the deposit requirement of another bonus. Where a Player holds both a real-money Balance and a Bonus Fund balance, real-money funds will be staked first by default unless the cashier interface specifies otherwise.

xv777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and anti-money laundering authorities. Any activity constituting a criminal offence under applicable law will be reported without prior notice to the Player.
10.1 All content on the xv777 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content, data compilations, and trade marks — is owned by or licensed to xv777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xv777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11.3 In all circumstances, xv777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the total real-money deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) PKR 500,000.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xv777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 xv777 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) xv777 is required to do so by any regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation; (c) xv777 reasonably suspects Prohibited Conduct; or (d) your account is the subject of an ongoing investigation.
12.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting xv777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable period following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Following account closure — whether voluntary or by xv777 — you must not attempt to re-register. Any new account opened in circumvention of a closure is subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
